To update your Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) General Service Representative (G.S.R.) information, submit the official Group Information Change Form (Form F-28) through the district registrar.

Where to Submit the Form

 • Area & District: fill out this form and submit directly to your Area Registrar (to update Fellowship Connection) and your local District Registrar so local directories and meeting guides (like the Meeting Guide app) are kept accurate.

Information Required on the Form

 • Group Identification: Group Name, Group ID / Service Number, Date, Area Number, and District Number.

 • Meeting Details: In-person vs. virtual format, address, city, state/province, postal code, and meeting days/times.

 • Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, and email for the G.S.R., Alternate G.S.R., or mail contact.
