- Attend all MSCA Area 9 and local H&l Committee meetings and report to the district on H&I activities.
- Attend all meetings of the District 4 Committee and the District 4 Steering Committee.
- Maintain activity in H&I projects in the District 4 territory.
- Coordinate any General Service and H&I activities that are required.
- Act as service sponsor for replacement to ensure an orderly transfer of responsibilities.

- Attend all HASC and local Committee meetings and report to the district on intergroup activities.
- Attend all Harbor Area Service Committee meetings and report to District 4 on HASC activities.
- Maintain activity in District 4 intergroup projects.
- Coordinate any General Service and Intergroup activities that are required.
- Attend all meetings of the District 4 Committee and the Steering Committee.

YPAA Committee Chair Obligations
- Commitment: Have the desire and availability to serve a two-year term.
- Attendance: Attend all District 04 Committee meetings.
- Local Involvement: Maintain activity in local YPAA projects within District 04.
- Reporting: Stay updated on local YPAA activities/events and report them back to District 04.
- Coordination: Act as the bridge and coordinate activities between District 04 and the local YPAA.
- Serve as a guide for the incoming chair to guarantee a smooth handoff of responsibilities.
- Sobriety Requirement: A minimum of two years of sobriety is suggested for this role. Reference: D4 Guidelines (pg. 18)

VISION:
To deliver resources, information and assistance to members of District 04 and the greater Long Beach AA community.
MISSION:
To serve the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous and provide an online presence to Mid-Southern California Area09 District 04, Long Beach California.
PURPOSE:
Our website links local AA members to meetings in Long Beach and the greater Los Angeles Area. Also, General Service Representatives and Service Committee members can access District business and keep track of District events. Through our site, Districts and Areas, worldwide, can now connect immediately with Districts 04. Rooted in Service, our Website exists to foster participation and support AA members within the General Service Structure and beyond.
