  • Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting held on June 3, 2026.

7:20 p.m. – 7:40 p.m. – Area Updates & Officer Reports

  • DCMC (Titus D.): Discussing upcoming events and the June Area Service Committee (ASC) highlights regarding the printer, website, CPC, finance, and GSR school.
  • AltDCMC (Sam): Absent.
  • Registrar (Marilyn): Welcoming new GSRs and sharing details on registration and the Service Manual.
  • Treasurer (Kim S.): Financial report.
  • Committee/DCM Reports: Briefings from various regional districts (SE, NE, NW) and specific committees (including GSR School, Finance, PI, CPC, LGBTQ, Website, and YPAA).

Panel 76 GSR school.

GSR (General Service Representative) School is an introductory and educational forum hosted by District 04 MSCA 09 (General Service – Alcoholics Anonymous). It is designed for anyone who is currently a GSR, “GSR curious,” or any district member looking to understand AA’s service structure better.

Key Topics Covered

The school focuses on fundamental AA service concepts, studying the Service Manual, and understanding how the fellowship functions globally. Key topics include:

     • The Upside-Down Triangle: Understanding AA’s structure, where the groups hold the ultimate authority.  • District and Area: Learning about local and regional service bodies.  • Trustees: Dissecting the roles of those who serve on the General Service Board.
