• Scope & Geography: Covers District 04’s structure, which includes four geographic sub-districts (NE, NW, SE, and SW Long Beach, plus Santa Catalina Island) and five special focus sub-districts (Los Alamitos/Rossmoor, Marina Pacifica, Women’s, Men’s, and LGBTQ groups), along with detailed boundary definitions.
• Vision: To offer clear, dependable guidance to the Alcoholics Anonymous fellowship throughout District 04. We maintain a steadfast commitment to remaining accountable and responsive to our local groups, keeping our primary focus fixed on carrying the message to the still-suffering alcoholic.
